Liebes Castello-Team,
es tut uns unendlich Leid, dass wir eure Erwartungen von Mustergästen mit Mindestumsatzverhalten nicht erfüllen konnten. Es ist uns wohl nicht gelungen, uns an die (ungeschriebenen) Regeln eures Etablissements anzupassen. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle nocheinmal ausdrücklich dafür entschuldigen, dass wir bei Euch einen netten Abend verbringen wollten. Ja, als wir reinkamen, waren wir noch gut gelaunt. Aber wie konnten wir nur? Die Regeln des Hauses Castello geben schließlich vor, wie der Gast sich zu amüsieren hat. Zuerst wird gegessen, dann erst getrunken! Dieser Pflicht sind wir nicht nachgekommen.... unsere Schuld! Vielleicht hättet ihr aber auch nur abwarten sollen, bis wir Appetit bekommen und uns nicht schon gleich nach der zweiten Getränkerunde und mitten im Verzehr eines Schokoladenfondues rausschmeißen sollen. Aber wir waren vielleicht auch ganz schön naiv zu glauben, dass eure Gastfreundschaft ernst gemeint war.
Nun ja, wir wollen nicht nachtragend sein.
Ein gutgemeinter Tipp an eure Chefin: Ab und zu mal rauskommen und in die Ferne streifen!! Die Welt hat viel zu bieten, besonders Gastfreundschaft ohne dass der Kunde an seinem Umsatzverhalten gemessen wird. Es ist nie zu spät, etwas dazuzulernen! Auch wir haben dazugelernt und eine wichtige Erkenntnis erlangt: Nie wieder Castello!!!

It is not easy, as it requires changing habits, moving through obstacles and at times doing things that are uncomfortable. Coaching is not for everyone, and unfortunately the one thing a coach can not do for you is the actual work to help you achieve your goals!
3. Why do you want a coach? Be very clear about why you are looking to hire a coach. Is it to help you increase performance in your current position? Do you ultimately want to change careers? Perhaps you need help with work life balance? Maybe it is just to figure out what it is you do want. Coaches can help and support you in a variety of ways, and the better information you can provide them at the beginning of the relationship, the more benefit you will receive from the relationship.
